Flow Pilates and Yoga


FLOW Pilates and Yoga are classes designed to safely and optimally provide a strengthening, balancing and mindful practice. Flow classes welcome those new to Pilates or those with some experience. A gentle to challenging flow with modifications to cater for any individual limitations, allowing each participant to work at their own pace. Our studio is located in the heart Bellbrae’s messmate forest offering an experience that is welcoming and restorative.

Physiotherapy Group Exercise sessions are specialised equipment based classes in a group of four. You will be supervised by Physiotherapist Fleur, who will take you through an individually tailored program specific to your needs.

A one on one assessment prior to starting classes will determine your individual goals. Whether or not your goal is to get rid of your back pain, to rehabilitate an old shoulder injury or to work towards that trail walk or run that you have been wanting to do for years, Physiotherapy Group Exercise classes are an ideal option for you.

As you move through your program and progress towards your goals, your program will be adjusted to give you the best possible results. Enjoy the benefits of doing your weekly exercise program in a small group using reformers, trapeze tables and other varied equipment in the comfort of a home studio. All levels of ability are welcome, as this program will be designed for you.

Pre and postnatal Clinical Pilates Circuit classes are an enjoyable and nurturing way to guide you through your pregnancy or assist you in the gradual progression back to your prenatal activity levels after having your baby. Guided safely through by Physiotherapy led instruction.  Bring your bub along and participate in equipment Pilates exercises aimed at maintaining/restoring your tone, posture, core and pelvic floor strength, also giving you a social outing with other local mums-to-be, mums and bubs. Take away some great tips for home to assist with your growing belly and changing body in pregnancy or to reduce the impact feeding and nursing has on your body postnatally.  Mums can commence this class anytime throughout their pregnancy or around the 6 week post-natal period, depending on the birth of your baby. A Physiotherapy assessment prior to starting classes guides Fleur in the individual modifications necessary to tailor each class for you and your pre or postnatal goals.

Reformer Circuit Pilates is a fun, dynamic group class led by Alice. These classes are designed to feel like a work out, while still being a safe and mindful way to move, tone and strengthen the body in a supervised environment.

While this is a group class by name, exercises can be modified and tailored to meet your individual needs and address any specific issues that you may have. These classes will help you become the best version of you, and get the most out of your body.

These sessions can also be designed around your everyday activities, hobbies or sport, whether it be Pilates for running, surfing or skiing, or Pilates to help you function more effectively at work and in everyday living.
